1995 Epiphone Riviera
Epiphone, owned by Gibson since 1959, has been around since 1931. Currently most of their guitars are Asian-made versions of their American-made Gibson brand brethren. This is pretty similar to a 1961 Gibson ES-335, with a semi-solid thin-line maple body, mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard and headstock veneer. Naturally, I have customized it: the original Epiphone tailpiece has been replaced with a Les Paul type and the pickups are Dunlop '59s, an exact copy of 1959 Gibson PAF Humbuckers. This guitar sounds fabulous (its purty, too.)
